We meet on the second Monday of each month at The Crow’s Nest, Cwmbran.
We discuss upcoming Coach Trips around the UK and further abroad. The aim of the group is to encourage like minded members to discover places they would like to visit, or revisit, and book the trips using local, if possible, transport provisions.
The costs are met by individuals as the group does not want to be responsible for holding money.

Recent Tour to North Wales
A group of us travelled to North Wales on an organised trip with a national coach company
We stayed in Llandudno and visited Portmeirion, The Great Orme, Chester, Conwy, Bettws-y-Coed and went on a steam train journey to Blaenau Ffestiniog.
Upcoming Tours
Ireland Turkey and Tinsel tour in November with Jason Edwards Tours
This tour picks up at and returns to Newport Railway Station and after a short sea crossing, we stay at Treacy's Hotel, Enniscorthy and have trips to Waterford and Dublin.
Possible Tours in 2027
The Lake District - We discussed this today and it was suggested we use Majestic Tours as their chosen hotel is closer to the actual Lakes and offers a chance to go on the Settle to Carlisle Rail line with it's magnificent views and architecture. The other Tour Operators use hotels in Morecambe and Barrow in Furness on the southern side of the Lakes. There were approximately 10 members interested.
